How is it that Bush can get away with this?
Libby committed treason by leaking the name of a C.I.A agent.
Yet people are spending time in jail for Drug related offenses that dont seem to fit with the sentences levied. see here

A jury had convicted Mr. Libby in March of lying to F.B.I. agents and a grand jury investigating the leak in 2003 of Ms. Wilson’s C.I.A. employment. Her husband had accused the Bush administration of twisting intelligence to justify war with Iraq.
Libby was tried by a Jury of his Peers and Was found Guilty.He should have been Executed not
have his sentence commuted.
I want to call for Immediate Impeachment Proceedings of President Bush, He has Put this Country into a war state and Used his Authority recklessly.
